AVIATION ADVISORY COMMITTEE
Special Meeting –
Wednesday May 9, 2007
PURSUANT
to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the Show Low Aviation
Advisory Committee and to the general public, that a Special Meeting
of the Show Low Aviation Advisory Committee will be held on Wednesday May 9,
2007, at 5:30 p.m. in the Airport Terminal Building Conference Room, 3150
Airport Loop Road, Show Low, Navajo County, Arizona. The agenda for this
meeting is as follows:
1. Call to Order – Dr.
Ole Alcumbrac, Chairman
Dr. Alcumbrac called the meeting to order at 5:33 p.m.
2. Roll Call
Committee Members Present: Robert
Adams, James McDaniel, Dr. Ole Alcumbrac, Herb Jenneskens.
Committee Members Absent: Sonja
Armstrong, Lauri Ortega, William Bengert
City Staff Present: Dennis Wiss,
Airport Director; Mary Atteberry, Public Works Secretary; Kane Graves, City
Attorney
Council Members Present: None
Guests: None

Old Business

Review of Airport Rules and
Regulations
Committee members reviewed the
draft copy of the Airport Rules and Regulations provided them at the last
meeting. Mr. Graves, Mr. Wiss and Ms. Atteberry made comments on their
copies of the suggestions made by members.
Chairman Alcumbrac requested that
the redline version with the suggestions made tonight be emailed to each
committee member so that they can review them on their own time and bring
any comments or corrections up during “Old Business” at the next scheduled
meeting (5/23/07 @ 5:30 p.m.). Mr. Graves indicated that his paralegal
would make the corrections.
4. New Business - None
7. Call to the Public.
No discussion – The committee invites
citizen participation regarding the aviation affairs of the City. Any
citizen desiring to speak on a matter that is not scheduled on this agenda
may do so at this time. Pursuant to the Arizona Open Meeting Law, the
Committee cannot discuss or act on the items presented at this time;
however, the Committee may place an item on an agenda for discussion at a
future meeting.
8. Adjournment.
Dr. Alcumbrac adjourned the
meeting at 6:25 p.m.
