Itsy Bitsy Storytime
Designed especially for little ones (Birth-24 months) and their caregivers.
Wednesdays, 9:15 A.M. Children’s Area Show Low Public Library
Itsy Bitsy Storytime is an early literacy (what children know about reading and writing before they can read and write) program that uses rhymes, books and songs to help pre-reading children get ready for reading. It incorporates music, movement, repetition, positive reinforcement, developmental tips, nursery rhymes, and book reading into a fun filled 20 minute session for infants to 2-year olds and their caregivers.
Research shows that children get ready to read years before they start school. You can help your baby and toddler learn important skills now so they will become good readers in the future.
