Park/Facility Reservation Request Form

Show Low Parks & Recreation has two large pavilions available for rent April through October of each year.  Small Ramada's scattered throughout the park are on a first come, first serve basis.

Thank you for your interest in reserving a pavilion/facility at Show Low City Park.  We are asking you to submit information to us so that we can hopefully accommodate your private reservation needs.  Submitting this information does not schedule your reservation or guarantee you a certain day or specific time.
A staff member will get back to you as soon as possible once we have received your information.
