Itty Bitty Olympics

Your youngsters can now take part in the friendliest pint-size competition in the White Mountains at the Itty Bitty Olympics.  Olympians will compete in age groups and enjoy a variety of games like a tee ball toss  and obstacle course.  Brought to you by Jill Tinkel's State Farm Insurance.  T-Shirts to the first 100 Olympians.  Events begins at 9:30am (register at 9:00) at Show Low City Park's Senior Field.

Date: July 28, 2012
Fee: $5 per participant
Registration: 9:00am @ the event. 


Youth Tri in the Pines

This race is held in conjunction with the Tri In The Pines Triathlon.  This event is for kids 14 and under.  The Youth Tri starts with a 175 yard swim at the Aquatic Center, then on to a 4 mile bike ride on City streets and finishes with a 1 mile run in Show Low City Park.

Date: August 11, 2012
Fee: $40 per participant
Registration: June 1st through August 30th or the limit.

Dribble, Dish & Swish Presented by Pepperidge Farms

This competition allows kids 7 to 12 years old to showcase their dribbling, passing and shooting skills.  Winners may advance to the Sectional competition and possibly on to the Regional and National competition.

Registration: Register at the event.  Copy of birth certificate is required.


MLB Aquafina - Pitch, Hit and Run

The MLB Aquafina Pitch, Hit and Run competition allows youngsters to showcase their batting, base running, and pitching skills with scores based on accuracy, distance, and speed.  Youngsters may advance through four levels of competition – Local, Sectional, Team Championship and National Finals.  This year we are pleased to offer a GIRL'S DIVISION again.

Fee: FREE - Ages 7 to 14, boys and girls
Registration: Register at the event. Copy of birth certificate is required.


NFL Punt, Pass & Kick

The NFL Punt, Pass & Kick football competition allows youngsters to showcase their talents in punting, passing, and placekicking with scores based on distance and accuracy.  The top finishers from each of eight age groups at the Local competition will advance to a Sectional competition.  The winners at the Sectional competition will have their scores compared with other Sectional champions; the top five scorers from the pool of Sectional champions advance to the Team Championship.  Join us at the White Mountain Youth Football League home game!!!!!!

Fee: FREE - Ages 6 to 15
