Show Low Police Department   The Show Low Police Department is a full-service police agency. The department consists of 30 sworn officers, two animal control officers, 10 dispatchers, one communications manager, one record custodian, one administrative
 assistant and one evidence technician.
Assisting the Police Department are a
variety of
volunteers such as the Retired
Senior Volunteer Patrol and volunteers in
records and at the animal adoption center.
 All together, the department handled
16,217 calls for service, completed 4,040
reports, made 2,130 arrests and had 5,615
traffic contacts in 2007.  Officers
responded to a total of 31,664 incidents in
that year .

Police Department prides itself on being a
vital part of the community it serves. The
Police Department and its employees
sponsor and participate in many community-oriented activities throughout the year.  Police employees participated in the following events in 2007:
