PURSUANT to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the Show Low Board of Adjustment, and to the general public, that a SPECIAL MEETING, which will be open to the public, will be held on Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 181 N. 9^th Place, Show Low, Navajo County, Arizona.

1. Call to Order. Chairman Armanno called the meeting to order at 2:00 p.m.

2. Roll Call.

3. Pledge of Allegiance.

4. Approval of Minutes - Board of Adjustment Special Meeting of March 7, 2011.

Vice Chairman Hair moved to approve the minutes of special meeting of the Board of Adjustment of March 7, 2011, seconded by Board Member Jernigan; passed unanimously.

5. Public Hearing - Consideration of an application submitted by Joshua and Amber Beeler seeking relief from City Code Section 15-1-44 (E), Public Street Access for A.P.N. 210-16-139D.

Board Member Jernigan moved to approve the application for a variance submitted by Joshua and Amber Beeler, based on the special circumstances not self imposed by the owner since staff has indicated there was no possibility for a city street at this location, with the conditions that the access easement be recorded with Navajo County, the variance is specifically for the piece of property, and the variance would expire within one year from the date of approval by the board, if the zoning has not been changed and satisfied; seconded by Vice Chairman Hair; passed unanimously.

6. Adjournment.  Chairman Armanno adjourned the meeting at 2:34 p.m.
