PURSUANT to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the Show Low Board of Adjustment, and to the general public, that a SPECIAL MEETING, which will be open to the public, will be held on Thursday, January 31, 2008, at 2:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 180 N. 9^th Place, Show Low, Navajo County, Arizona.

1. Call to Order.  Chairman Shannon called the meeting to order at 2:00 PM.

4. PUBLIC HEARING - Request for a Variance to Section 15-1-44(I) of the City Code submitted by Mr. Kerry McClellan, on Property Located at 580 S. 7^th Avenue, Show Low, Arizona, more particularly known as A.P. Nos. 210-12-020 and 210-12-021 A&B.

    A. Staff Summary Report Presentation and Questions by Board.

    B. Applicant Presentation and Public Testimony.

    C. Questions by Board.

    D. Summary of Discussion by Staff.

    E. Consideration of this Request by the Board.

The request for variance was denied based on the fact that it did not meet the required criteria of City Code, Section 15-1-35(E), for reasons discussed. 

5. MINUTES - Consideration of the Minutes of the Special Meeting of the Show Low Board of Adjustment Held on December 12, 2007.

The minutes were approved.

6. Adjournment.  The meeting was adjourned at 2:54 PM.
