SHOW LOW PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION
REGULAR MEETING OF TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 27, 2012
Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the Show Low Planning & Zoning Commission and to the general public that a meeting, which shall be open to the public, will be held on Tuesday, November 27, 2012, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 181 N. 9th St, Show Low, Navajo County, Arizona. The agenda for this meeting will be as follows:
1. Call to Order.
Commissioner Hatch called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
2. Roll Call.
COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT: Chairman Hatch, Vice Chairman Johnson, Commissioner Bishop, Commissioner Burrell, Commissioner Quihuis, Commissioner Saner.
COUNCIL MEMBERS ABSENT: Commissioner Houston-Robertson.
STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT: Justen Tregaskes, Planning and Zoning Director, Katie B. Fechtelkotter, Community Development Specialist, and Marian Agan, Administrative Assistant.

COMMISSIONER SANER MOVED TO APPROVE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 602-04-152 SUBMITTED BY STEVEN H. AMES TO ADD A DRIVE-THROUGH TO AN EXISTING BUILDING AT 360 S. WHITE MOUNTAIN ROAD, THAT BEING A.P.N. 210-16-168 AND 210-16-129B; MOVED BY COMMISSIONER SANER, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER QUIHUIS. CHAIRMAN HATCH ASKED THE COMMISSION IF THEY WANTED TO ADD THE STIPULATIONS THAT HAVE BEEN BROUGHT FORTH AS A PART OF THAT MOTION. COMMISSIONER SANER AMENDED HIS MOTION TO ADD A MINIMUM OF THREE (3) BOLLARDS TO THE FRONT OF THE PROPANE TANK, SECONDED WITH THE AMENDMENT BY COMMISSIONER QUIHUIS; PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.
8. Call to Public. Any citizen desiring to speak on a matter that is within the jurisdiction of the Planning and Zoning Commission may do so at this time. Comments may be limited to three minutes per person and shall be addressed to the Planning and Zoning Commission as a whole, and not to any individual member. Issues raised shall be limited to those within the jurisdiction of the Planning and Zoning Commission. Pursuant to the Arizona Open Meeting Law, the Planning and Zoning Commission cannot discuss or act on items presented at this time. At the conclusion of the call to the public, individual Planning and Zoning Commission members may (1) respond to criticism made by those who have spoken, (2) ask staff to review a matter, and (3) ask that a matter be put on a future agenda.
9. Approval of Minutes.
CHAIRMAN HATCH MOVED TO APPROVE THE MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 11, 2012; MINOR CORRECTIONS WERE NOTED; SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER QUIHUIS; PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.
10. Summary of Current Events.
There being no further business to be brought before the Commission, CHAIRMAN HATCH ADJOURNED THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE SHOW LOW PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AT 7:29 P.M.
