SHOW LOW PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION
REGULAR MEETING OF TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 12, 2013
Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the Show Low Planning & Zoning Commission and to the general public that a meeting, which shall be open to the public, will be held on Tuesday, November 12, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 181 N. 9th Street, Show Low, Navajo County, Arizona. The agenda for this meeting will be as follows:
1. Call to Order.

3. Invocation (by volunteer).
4. Pledge of Allegiance (by volunteer).

A. Public Hearing for Zone Change request 605-03-102 submitted by S. Grant and Carolyn Brewer to rezone a portion of property identified as Assessorís Parcel Number (A.P.N.) 210-02-018 from I-1 (Light Industrial) to C-2 (General Commercial).
B. Consideration of Zone Change request 605-03-102 submitted by S. Grant and Carolyn Brewer to rezone a portion of property identified as Assessorís Parcel Number (A.P.N.) 210-02-018 from I-1 (Light Industrial) to C-2 (General Commercial).
C. Consideration of Conditional Use Permit 602-04-143A submitted by Thomas Cedarblade of TNLC, LLC to allow for the construction of a building exceeding 45 feet in height and for fence design modifications on property located at 3301 S. White Mountain Road, more particularly described as A.P.N. 210-33-013A and 013B.

Any citizen desiring to speak on a matter that is within the jurisdiction of the Planning and Zoning Commission may do so at this time. Comments may be limited to three minutes per person and shall be addressed to the Planning and Zoning Commission as a whole, and not to any individual member. Issues raised shall be limited to those within the jurisdiction of the Planning and Zoning Commission. Pursuant to the Arizona Open Meeting Law, the Planning and Zoning Commission cannot discuss or act on items presented at this time. At the conclusion of the call to the public, individual Planning and Zoning Commission members may (1) respond to criticism made by those who have spoken, (2) ask staff to review a matter, and (3) ask that a matter be put on a future agenda.
