MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE SHOW LOW PARKS AND RECREATION ADVISORY COMMITTEE HELD ON THURSDAY, OCTOBER 15, 2009 AT 5:30 P.M. AT CITY HALL, 550 NORTH 9TH PLACE, SHOW LOW, NAVAJO COUNTY, ARIZONA Call to Order. Ken VanWinkle called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. Roll Call. PARKS AND RECREATION ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEMBERS PRESENT: Jimmy Jayne, Ken VanWinkle, Steve Hair, and Sally Williams. PARKS AND RECREATION ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEMBERS ABSENT: David Fawcett STAFF PRESENT: Stefan Wehnau, Recreation Supervisor; Rebecca Ricedorff, Recreation Coordinator. GUESTS: None. After the committee and staff assembled at City Hall, 550 North 9th Place, staff took the committee members on a guided tour of city parks and recreational facilities. Adjournment. Ken VanWinkle adjourned the Special Meeting of the Show Low Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee of October 15, 2009 at 7:30 p.m.
