Special Meeting – Tuesday, September 16, 2008
PURSUANT to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby
given to the Show Low Bluff Community Facilities District Board and to the
general public, that a SPECIAL MEETING, which will be open to the public,
will be held on Tuesday, September 16, 2008, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council
Chambers, 180 North 9th Street, Show Low, Navajo County, Arizona. The agenda for
this meeting is as follows:
1. Call to Order.
2. Roll Call.

PUBLIC HEARING on Feasibility Report Related to Certain Public
Infrastructure to be Acquired by the District.

Consideration and Possible Adoption of Resolution No. R2008-03 Approving a
Feasibility Report and Resolving the Intent Therefor; Authorizing the Sale and
Issuance of Not to Exceed $550,000 Aggregate Principal Amount of General
Obligation Bonds, Series 2008; Prescribing Certain Terms and Conditions of Such
Bonds; Approving the Form and Authorizing the Execution and Delivery of Certain
Documents Relating to Such Bonds; Awarding Such Bonds to the Purchaser Thereof;
Delegating the Determination of Certain Terms of Such Bonds and Matters Related
Thereto to the District Manager; Approving a Preliminary Limited Offering
Memorandum Relating to Such Bonds; Authorizing the Preparation of a Final
Limited Offering Memorandum Relating to Such Bonds and Authorizing the
Subsequent Levying of an Ad Valorem Property Tax with Respect to Such
